All of our engineers go through a number of checks to gauge competency and ensure they are Gas Safe Registered. We also closely monitor customer reviews about our engineers to make sure that our customers are always 100% satisfied with the work carried out in their property.
By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. This ensures that engineers are up to date with the latest practices, laws and are regularly trained. The Gas Safe Register is vital to consumers as it ensures that gas work is carried out safely and properly to avoid future complications or damage to property. Gas Safe Registered engineers are regularly subject to spot inspections by the Gas Safe Register to ensure that standards are regularly maintained.

If your boiler is broken down and you are without heating and hot water, we will class this as an emergency and will aim to get your new boiler installed within 24/48 hours of acceptance of our quotation.
Our Boilers come with a range of 5 to 10-year Parts and Labour Warranty direct from the Manufacturer subject to which boiler you choose. Meaning you can rest assured that your new boiler is in safe hands if you have any problems we are here to help and will be for the lifetime of your boiler.
